This was the Maiden IPL wicket for Maphaka. After that, Sanju Samson came to bat. He and Jos Buttler started building the innings but their partnership was broken in the 5th over. Akash Madhwal dismissed Sanju Samson. He scored 12 runs. Jos Buttler got out in the 7th over. He scored 13 runs. He was also dismissed by Akash Madhwal.
Then Riyan Parag and Ravichandran Ashwin put on a partnership of 40 runs. Ravichandran Ashwin was dismissed by Akash Madhwal in the 13th over. Mumbai Indians could not take any more wickets after that. Riyan Parag played superbly and scored an unbeaten 54 off 29 balls with 5 fours and 3 sixes. He scored two consecutive half-centuries in this match. In 15.3 overs, Rajasthan Royals scored the required runs to win. They scored 127 runs for the loss of 4 wickets.
